We cut this unlined style with full cups that contain heavier tissue without adding bulk. The outside underwire sits between soft fabric plies so metal never touches your ribcage directly. How this one is put together

Outside wire channels
We wrap the underwire casing between two plush fabric layers on the exterior. The wire lifts your bust firmly while keeping all rigid hardware off your skin through long hours of wear.
Full unlined cups
The non-padded cups follow your natural profile without adding extra volume. We cut the top edge high to prevent upper cup spillage on fuller sizes, keeping tissue fully enclosed.
Smooth U-back band
The rear wings curve into a deep U-shape that distributes tension evenly across your back. This cut anchors the band low, prevents strap slippage, and smooths lines under close-fitting clothing.
Wide size scale
We grade this pattern across 108 individual sizes from 32A up to 48K. Band proportions, strap widths, and cup depth adjust systematically at each step to maintain proper balance.

Getting the size right

Take a snug under bust measurement on a full exhale, then an over bust measurement with the tape resting. The gap between the two sets your cup letter.
