We built this bra to handle full busts without heavy padding. The unlined cups give you a natural outline, while the solid black fabric stays completely opaque under dark tops. A double layer of fabric encases the underwire on the outside of the cup so metal stays away from your ribs.

How this one is put together

External wire channel
We moved the wire casing to the outside of the cup and lined it with two layers of soft fabric. The wire lifts firmly while your ribcage feels only flat fabric.
Full coverage unlined cups
These cups contain soft tissue up to the collarbone to stop top spillage. The unlined cut keeps the profile close and lightweight without added foam bulk.
Smoothing U-back
A curved U-back pulls the straps inward so they stay on your shoulders. The tall back band spreads tension across your upper back for a smooth line under knits.
Extended cup grading
We scale this pattern across 108 sizes from a 32A to a 48K. The band width, hook rows, and strap thickness adjust with each cup step to balance heavy tissue.

Getting the size right

Take a snug under bust measurement on a full exhale, then an over bust measurement with the tape resting. The gap between the two sets your cup letter.
