Privacy policy
What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens when you leave it for the store.
What we collect here
Nothing you type into the fit finder leaves your browser. The measurements are read by a script on the page, matched against a chart that ships with the page, and forgotten when you close the tab. There is no account, no newsletter signup and no form that posts data back to us.
We set no cookies of our own. If you have an ad or analytics blocker running, this site will behave exactly the same with it on.
Hosting logs
The site is served as static files by a hosting provider that keeps standard request logs: IP address, time, page requested, browser string. They are used to keep the site up and to spot abuse, and we do not build profiles from them or link them to anything else.
When you leave for the store
The buy buttons open a product listing on the retailer we sell through. From that click on, you are on their site, under their privacy policy, and they may set cookies to remember that you arrived from here. That is how the referral is credited. We receive a commission report, not a list of who bought what.
If you write to [email protected] we keep the message so we can answer it and understand the next one on the same subject. Ask and we will delete the thread.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up here. There is no mailing list to notify, which is rather the point.
