What to include for a fit question
Your under bust and over bust in inches, taken as described on the measuring page, and the style you are looking at. With those three things we can usually say which of two sizes to order and why. Without them we are guessing along with you.
If you already own one of ours and it is not sitting right, say which size you have and what is wrong: band riding up, straps digging, cups gaping at the top edge. Each of those points at a different swap.
Orders, shipping and returns
Those are handled where you bought, not here. We do not have access to your order, cannot see tracking and cannot process a return. The order page on the store you used has all three, and it is quicker than routing through us.
Something wrong on this site
A price that has drifted, a chart row that looks wrong, a link that goes nowhere. Send the page address and what you saw. Mistakes in a size chart matter more than most, so those go to the front of the queue.
