We built this unlined balconette with soft fabric and firm underwires to hold heavier breasts without foam padding. The scoop neckline stays open under lower collars, while full-coverage cups keep tissue contained. In glaze purple, the cool plum tone sits quietly under dark knits and gives the smooth cups a rich finish.

How this one is put together

Open balconette neckline
The scoop neckline frames the bust without closing off your collarbone. We shaped the cups to cover full tissue while keeping the top edge low enough to stay hidden beneath square and wide necklines.
Underwire support
A firm underwire follows the root of the breast to anchor the bra against your ribcage. It creates upward lift without shifting, taking weight off your shoulders and distributing it evenly along the band.
Wider adjustable straps
We widened the shoulder straps to stop narrow elastics from digging into your shoulders by midday. Sliders on the back let you set the tension to match your torso length without slipping.
Soft unlined cups
The single-layer fabric feels light against skin while retaining enough structure to prevent upper-cup spill. In glaze purple, the smooth surface glides under thin tops without clinging.

Getting the size right

Take a snug under bust measurement on a full exhale, then an over bust measurement with the tape resting. The gap between the two sets your cup letter.
